Rooted in Faith

Gregg and Kim Green have lived in Greenville NC for over a decade.  Gregg is an ordained minister, former Army Chaplain, veteran of Afghanistan, and large church pastor.  Kim is a native of Greenville and teaches music at Open Door School.  They met while living in Charlotte in 2006 and were married in 2008.   They have four amazing kids – Eli, Millie, Norah, and Audrey. 

The Greens are passionate about community service and empowering those who serve others.  Gregg is also the Executive Director of The Nehemiah Initiative – a local non-profit that surrounds and empowers single mothers and strives to combat fatherlessness in Pitt County.   Gregg was named the Pitt County Small Business Leader of the Year in 2020.  They have been in the restaurant industry in Greenville since 2015 and take great pride in creating a gathering place where people can connect for fellowship.
